At Ilse Jara, we are proud to offer you our own manufactured garments designed with high quality materials and strict production control. To guarantee your satisfaction, all our garments are backed by a quality guarantee that covers any manufacturing defect.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that may occur in the garment within 3 business days from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Seam defects.
  • Problems with zippers, buttons or other hardware.
  • Abnormal fabric wear not associated with regular wear.

If you observe any manufacturing defect in your garment, we offer you the option of:

  1. Repair of the product, at no additional cost.
  2. Replacement with a new garment of the same model (subject to availability).
  3. Credit for your next purchase.

To make the warranty valid, be sure to comply with the following conditions:

  • The garment must not have been modified or repaired by third parties.
  • There must be no signs of misuse, mistreatment, or lack of care, such as improper washing according to label instructions.
  • The warranty request must be made within three working days from the date of purchase.
  • You must present your original proof of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Improper use or exposure to extreme conditions (improper washing, use of chemicals, etc.).
  • Accidents or negligence on the part of the user.

If your garment has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps to request a warranty:

  1. Get in touch with our customer service team through our contact means Contact channels
    Provide the details of your purchase (order number and date) and describe the observed defect.
    Attach photos of the defect if possible.

Our team will evaluate your case and inform you about the next steps to follow, either for repair or replacement.

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. Please note that once the order has been processed for shipment, we may not be able to cancel it since we do not issue refunds once the payment has been processed, however, you have the option to exchange it for another product within three business days.

You may request an exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The returned garment has not been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • The returned garment must be in its original condition, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Returns must be made within three business days from the date of purchase.

Note: We do not accept returns of products that have been customized or custom made for the customer, unless they are defective in workmanship.

Process for requesting a return

To proceed with a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team through our Contact Channels.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return and photos of the product if necessary.
  3. We will send you a return slip along with instructions for shipping the returned garment to our facility.

Once we receive the garment and verify that it meets the conditions of the return policy, we will process your request.

Exchange options

Once the return is approved, we will offer you the following options:

  1. Store credit for the value of the returned garment, which you can use on future purchases.
  2. Exchange for another product of equal or greater value, paying the difference in case it is a product of greater value.

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item has been shipped.
  • If the return is due to an error on the part of the Company, we will cover the shipping costs.

Items not eligible for return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or specially discounted garments.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Garments that show signs of wear or have been altered.

At Ilse Jara, your satisfaction is the most important thing. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our garments, we are here to help you and make sure you receive a product that meets your expectations.
